Process for updates:
- Client will enter a support ticket from the Northland website.
- Northland will respond to client within one business day with an estimated completion date.
- Updates will be completed within 48 business hours of the request being submitted.
- Emergency updates will be elevated to priority and every attempt will be made to resolve within 24 hours or less.
- Client will receive email notification once update has been completed.
Agreement does not include the following:
- Website development
- Redesign of site, including changing major design elements
- Search Engine Optimization
- Installing any third-party extensions
- Anything else not listed as included in this service
